Follow these simple steps to return your product and get your refund:

Our team will review your request and approve if it meets return criteria. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and tags. Use the provided shipping label or follow instructions for self-shipping.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions.
After successful inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation.
You may return most new, unopened items sold by St. Paul Book Centre within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Books damaged during shipping, wrong books shipped, defective printing/missing pages, or quality issues.
Change of mind returns may be accepted with deduction of shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable).
Books with writing/highlighting, damaged due to misuse, missing components, or past return window.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
